Pop-Up Crepery!
Our last crepe pop-up event was so popular, we are doing it again this Sunday, January 14th, and the following Sunday, January 21 from 9-1.
Crepe master extraordinaire, Lamar Schloss will once again spin crepes featuring Fromagio’s cheeses, charcuterie and other delicious ingredients. His menu includes savory and sweet options so there is something for everyone.
Our a la carte menu will have cold-brewed coffee, French press, Indigo tea, and beverages from our Botanical Bar. Call us at 277-3773 to let us know you are coming!
Do you love cheese AND craft beer?
Join Alaskan Brewing and Fromagio's Artisan Cheese at Van's Dive Bar on Wednesday, January 17th at 6pm for a craft beer and artisan cheese pairing to celebrate AK Beer Week! Van's will have Alaskan Brewing staff on-hand pouring five different Alaskan beers and our cheesemongers will pair them with the perfect cheeses. Live jazz by the Alex Cruver trio will follow. it's sure to be a great time. Space is limited, so get your tickets soon!

Upcoming Cheese Classes
Take our Cheese 101 class to get you off to a good start this new year. Taste your way to a better understanding of cheese as you learn about the history, traditions and different styles of cheese. Our two hour classes are fun, informative and very delicious. $40/person. Class size limited to 8. Call 277-3773 to reserve your place.
